Strength Training: One-on-One and Small Group Training
Colin Aina, CSCS-D is now offering 1-on-1 personal training sessions and small group training sessions at our gorgeous gym space at Roots! All new clients begin with a 60' Introductory Session, where you'll get to know one another, establish goals and create your plan. From there, continue with individualized training OR secure your spot in one of our weekly small group strength training classes.
Pilates: One-on-One Reformer + Mat Based Sessions
Jillian Walsh brings 15+ years' experience and a wealth of knowledge and passion to Roots. She is a nationally certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor and specializes in pilates for core and pelvic floor health. She uses a combination of reformer, springboard and mat based skills in her programming, and has extensive experience working with the prenatal and postnatal population.
